Hellllloooooo! Hope you're having a great week! If you're not - it's bound to get better because this Sunday we'll turn our clocks FORWARD for Daylight Savings.
Here's what's up for this week:
Friday
Charis Friday Night Fellowship (7:30 P.M., Kenny's House)
As the Champion of last week's Slap Jack Challenge, I can safely say that we may have a rematch. Or a whole other challenge altogether. But we'll definitely be looking at Exodus 7:7-15:21 as we continue our study of the book. We had a great discussion last week and pray that it will continue this week.
Sunday
connections live! (9:30-11:00, Chapel 2)
Pastor John will resume his series, Living in God's Present where we've been studying the various "I am" statements of Jesus in the book of John. This week the sermon is entitled: "He is Our Direction." As always, if you missed any of the sermons, the audio and notes are available for your downloading pleasure at sgvconnections.com
connections study (11:30-12:30, E10)
Congratulations to all who've completed the Network series!! This week, we are alloting time for member to meet with Pastor John or his wife Linda to review what they've learned and take steps towards serving in a ministry. If you've signed up for a session, please do not forget to have your paperwork completed BEFORE the meeting!
